DEI

Elemica has established a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging committee (“DEIB”), comprised of volunteers, who act on behalf of the organization to launch and support the diversity equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) process. The committee is a critical driver in fostering real organizational change, establishing a dedicated focus on diversity and inclusion priorities, and promoting the DEIB program. DEIB works closely with senior leaders to ensure tight alignment with the organization’s overall business strategy and to accelerate our goals. 

The Elemica DEIB strives to create an organizational culture and climate in which all staff are valued, have a sense of belonging and connection with one another and the organization, and feel empowered to do their best work. 

CSR & Global Engagement

At Elemica, our Global Engagement Committee brings together enthusiastic volunteers who aim to unite people and honour the diverse cultures that enrich our company and customers. In today’s connected world, technology and transportation advancements have made global engagement essential. We focus on fostering cultural understanding and empathy, breaking down barriers, and promoting a sense of global citizenship among our employees and customers worldwide, creating an environment of cooperation and mutual respect.

In addition, we have recently taken responsibility of the volunteering incentives focusing on our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) – doing what’s right for people, and the planet. We work to support our employees and communities, through our Volunteer Days by planning and organizing opportunities across our offices.
