Elemica acquires Optimum Logistics, gaining land-and-sea transportation capabilities and enabling the first integrated factory-to-port visibility solution for bulk chemicals.

Elemica merges with RubberNetwork, bringing major tire manufacturers—including Continental, Michelin, and Goodyear—into the ecosystem and expanding network reach.
